Welcome to House of Aroma — a digital commerce platform connecting suppliers, resellers, and customers across India through a stockless B2B2C model.By accessing or using our website, platform, or app (“Platform”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Pricing Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and any other policies published on our Platform.
If you do not agree, please discontinue using our Platform immediately.
House of Aroma operates as an aggregator and technology facilitator.We do not own, manufacture, store, or ship any products.Our role is to provide a digital bridge connecting independent:
Suppliers who list and sell products,
Resellers / Dropshippers who market and sell those products to end customers, and
Logistics & Payment Partners who handle shipping and payments.
All transactions, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns are the sole responsibility of the respective supplier and logistics provider.
You must:
Be at least 18 years old,
Have a valid mobile number, email ID, and bank/UPI account,
Operate a legally compliant business or individual account under Indian law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these conditions or misrepresents identity.
Users must create an account to access platform features.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
House of Aroma will not be liable for any loss arising from misuse or unauthorized access.
House of Aroma:
Acts only as a facilitator and aggregator.
Does not take possession or ownership of products at any point.
Is not the merchant of record — all invoices and taxes are the responsibility of the supplier.
Does not guarantee product quality, pricing, or performance of suppliers/resellers.
All buyers, resellers, and suppliers transact at their own discretion and risk.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and not to:
List or sell counterfeit, illegal, or restricted items.
Violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
Mislead customers with false product information or exaggerated claims.
Attempt to hack, decompile, or misuse the Platform’s systems.
Circumvent fees or solicit off-platform transactions.
Transmit spam, malware, or offensive material.
Violation may lead to account termination, delisting, or legal action.
Platform usage may be subject to service fees, transaction fees, or subscription charges, displayed at checkout or dashboard level.
Fees may change with prior notice.
All payments are processed through authorized payment gateways and logistics partners.
House of Aroma is not responsible for gateway delays, banking issues, or failed transactions caused by third parties.
For suppliers and resellers:
Payouts are released only after successful order delivery and clearance from the logistics partner.
Refunds, RTOs, or chargebacks will be deducted from subsequent payouts.
Gateway and courier fees are non-refundable.
Payout timelines vary (typically 7–10 business days) depending on gateway and bank processing times.
Sellers are solely responsible for product details, prices, and accuracy of listings.
You warrant that your listings do not infringe third-party rights or violate laws.
We reserve the right to remove or edit listings that violate policies, laws, or community standards.
Images, trademarks, and product data provided by suppliers may be used for marketing within the platform ecosystem.
Shipping and delivery are handled by third-party logistics partners.All timelines, costs, and claims are governed by the Shipping Policy and Refund, Resend & Returns Policy.
House of Aroma bears no liability for loss, delay, or damage during transit.
Disputes regarding delivery or returns must be raised within the defined claim window as stated in the policy.
Refunds and resends are supplier-led, with House of Aroma acting only as facilitator.
Suppliers are responsible for issuing GST-compliant invoices to resellers or customers.
Resellers are responsible for compliance with income tax and GST registration if applicable.
House of Aroma does not modify or generate invoices for any transaction.
All content, software, design, trademarks, and brand elements on the Platform belong to House of Aroma or its licensors.
You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without written consent.
You retain ownership of your brand, trademarks, and listings, granting us a non-exclusive license to display and market them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
House of Aroma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed INR 1,000.
We do not guarantee continuous, error-free operation of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless House of Aroma, its affiliates, employees, and partners from all losses, damages, or legal claims arising from:
Your breach of these Terms or applicable law,
Listing of counterfeit or defective products,
Customer complaints or chargebacks,
Tax or regulatory non-compliance.
We may, at our sole discretion:
Suspend or terminate your account for breach, fraud, or misuse.
Withhold payments pending investigation.
Remove listings or restrict access to the Platform.
You may terminate your account by written request; outstanding settlements will be processed as per applicable policies.
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.We process personal data only to enable commerce, prevent fraud, and improve service.By using our services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data in accordance with Indian laws.
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Bangalore, Karnataka.Disputes may be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by House of Aroma.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.Updated versions will be posted on our website and effective immediately.Continued use of the Platform means you automatically accept the revised Terms.
