Welcome to House of Aroma. We operate solely as an aggregator platform, bridging independent suppliers, resellers, and third-party logistics providers (“Shipping Partners”). We do not own, store, pack, or ship inventory, and we do not assume any shipping-related liability.
By accessing or using this website, creating an account, or placing any order, you automatically agree to this Shipping Policy and all other applicable terms and policies of House of Aroma.
House of Aroma is not the seller, manufacturer, owner, bailee, or shipper of goods.
All packing, handover, transport, and delivery are performed by the Supplier and the Shipping Partner.
We provide software rails (order routing, tracking info) only.
Shipping fees: paid by the customer/reseller as shown at checkout (or as agreed with the supplier).
Re-shipping / RTO / redelivery / address correction fees: paid by the customer/reseller (never by House of Aroma).
Packaging materials / special packing (fragile, temperature-controlled, etc.): paid by the supplier or customer/reseller, as agreed between them.
Insurance (if available): paid by the customer/reseller; claims lie with the insurer/courier.
Duties/taxes/octroi (if any): paid by the customer/reseller at destination.House of Aroma does not subsidize, reimburse, or absorb any of the above costs.
Dispatch timelines are set by the Supplier; transit timelines by the Shipping Partner.
ETAs are indicative; delays can occur due to logistics network issues, weather, strikes, compliance checks, etc.
House of Aroma does not guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays.
Tracking links/IDs are shared once generated by the Shipping Partner.
Tracking data is third-party information; discrepancies or gaps must be raised with the courier.
Risk and title remain with the Supplier until pickup by the Shipping Partner, after which risk passes per the courier’s terms.
House of Aroma never holds title or risk in the goods.
Damage, pilferage, leakage, breakage, or loss in transit are matters between the customer/reseller, Supplier, and Shipping Partner. We can share shipment records, but we are not financially or legally responsible.
Claims must be filed directly with the Shipping Partner within their claim window, with required proofs (outer box, inner packaging, product photos, unboxing video if demanded, AWB label).
Where a Supplier has purchased insurance or the courier provides limited liability, recoveries are handled under those third-party terms.
House of Aroma assists with documentation only; we do not adjudicate or compensate.
If the shipment is undelivered, refused, address-incorrect, customer-unavailable, or COD unaccepted, parcels may be RTO.
All RTO charges, storage fees, and re-shipping costs are borne by the customer/reseller.
House of Aroma bears no RTO-related cost or loss (including product deterioration during RTO).
Customers/resellers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact number(s).
Delivery attempts follow the Shipping Partner’s policy. After failed attempts, parcels may be returned or held at the local hub at the recipient’s risk/cost.
Orders may ship in parts or multiple boxes depending on inventory and courier constraints.
Each box may have a separate tracking ID and delivery date. This does not constitute delay or deficiency by House of Aroma.
For cross-border shipments, all customs duties, brokerage, taxes, and import compliance are the recipient’s responsibility.
Customs delays are outside our control; House of Aroma bears no liability for seizure or return.
Suppliers are responsible for secure, transit-worthy packaging per courier guidelines.
Recipients must inspect the parcel at delivery and note visible damage with the courier (open-box delivery where permitted).
Failure to note damage at delivery may invalidate courier/insurance claims.
House of Aroma is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, cyber incidents, governmental actions, network outages, etc.).
Nothing herein creates an agency, partnership, or employment relationship between House of Aroma and Suppliers/Shipping Partners.
House of Aroma provides the platform “as is” and makes no warranties regarding courier performance, delivery timelines, or product condition post-dispatch.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, House of Aroma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for shipping losses of any kind.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless House of Aroma from claims arising out of:(a) incorrect address/contact details;(b) recipient unavailability/refusal;(c) courier handling;(d) packaging inadequacies by the Supplier;(e) non-compliance with courier/insurance claim procedures.
