This helps your catalogue reach more customers without you having to manage front-end selling yourself.

This means you stay focused on supply and fulfilment, while sellers focus on generating sales.
When an order is placed for your product through the Dropspot ecosystem, the order details are routed to you through your supplier panel.
You will be able to view the relevant fulfilment details and process the order accordingly.
As the supplier, your role is to keep stock ready, pack the right product correctly, and ensure it is ready for dispatch on time.
It is important that the product matches the listing, is properly packed, and is in saleable condition.
Once the order is ready, the shipping process is handled through the Dropspot workflow and associated logistics coordination, depending on the order setup.
Your responsibility is to ensure the shipment is packed correctly and handed over in time.
After the order is successfully processed and subject to applicable returns, refunds, reversals, deductions, and platform terms, settlements are processed to you through the platform.
Any applicable fees, adjustments, returns, or deductions will be reflected as per Dropspot policies.
As a supplier on Dropspot, you remain responsible for:
the products you list
product quality and authenticity
correct listing information
lawful right to sell the products
fulfilment accuracy
product compliance and applicable documentation
Dropspot provides the technology layer that helps connect suppliers and sellers, but suppliers remain responsible for the products they upload and fulfil.
If a complaint is received regarding a listing or product, Dropspot may review the issue and may ask you for supporting documents or clarification.
Where required, Dropspot may remove, restrict, or disable a listing in order to protect the platform, customers, sellers, and rights owners.
